How It Started

Your UpNorth Support grew out of a straightforward observation: seasonal residents and property owners in Northern Michigan often need a trusted local presence — someone who can check on the cabin, troubleshoot the Wi-Fi, grab groceries before arrival, or simply be there when they can't.
